The Founder

María Luján Tripoli was born near Buenos Aires, in Argentina, and has always felt a strong bond with her Italian heritage — with family roots in Calabria and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

She discovered the Sabina (Lazio) in 2022, and the adventure in Italy begun. Enchanted by the olive groves weaving through the gentle hills below her terrace, she followed their call into the world of olive oil:
she became a professional EVOO Taster & Sommelier, unfolding a universe of extraordinary people and landscapes.

As an architect, she refined her creative vision in studios across Tokyo, Barcelona, Paris and Buenos Aires. Since 2017, she has served as Hospitality Director at @whitekitchenstudio, leading hotel design projects and artistic direction for brands.

Driven by a lifelong pursuit of beauty and a curiosity for tradition, she created The Olive Circle as an invitation to discover Italy through extraordinary Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
