The Founder

Driven by a lifelong pursuit of beauty and a curiosity for tradition,
María Luján Tripoli created THE OLIVE CIRCLE as an invitation to
discover Italy through extraordinary Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

María carries a deep connection to her Italian roots in Calabria and Friuli Venezia Giulia. In 2022 she discovered the Sabina Region near Rome, where the landscape of olive groves sparked a new path.
Drawn into the world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, she became a professional EVOO Taster* & Sommelier**, finding a universe of remarkable people and places.

An architect by training, she honed her creative vision in studios across Barcelona, Tokyo, Buenos Aires & Berlin. Since 2017, she has led
Hotel design efforts as Hospitality Director at White Kitchen Studio.

Curious, extremely enthusiastic and adventurous, she lives between Italy and Argentina with her family, balancing her creative professional life with the constant search for Italian excellence.
